HOW TO APPLY

If you wish to apply for one of our events, please submit an application using the trader application form. 

Please fill out an application for each event you wish to trade at, or you can just apply to our trader mailing list to find out when applications open for new events.

Each event is reviewed and approved individually. We aim to respond to all applications within 10 working days, although we typically reply sooner. If you have applied for multiple events, please note that decisions will be sent separately and may arrive on different days.

Successful applicants will receive an approval email along with an invoice for the pitch fee within 5 working days of approval. The invoice is due one week from the date of issue, and your stall is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Please note that tables are not included in your pitch fee. If you require table hire, please let us know. Some venues offer tables that we can provide free of charge, otherwise tables can be hired for a small additional fee.
